Come an ENJOY this awesome property, hang out on the large patio and people watch or stare at the beach all day. EVERYONE WILL HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME!! From the moment you walk onto the property, you will know you picked the right place. This nautically decorated oceanfront, 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is located directly on the famous Mission beach boardwalk. As you enter the premises, you walk into the living/dining room which displays a wall of windows with incredible views of the beach. Off the living area is an entrance to the full Jack n Jill bathroom. Pass through the fully stocked kitchen with more beach views leaving the kitchen, you enter the large bedroom with king bed. Passing through you will find bedroom #2 offering (2) twin beds including a stacked washer/dryer. Just outside is the rear entrance to the Jack n Jill bath. Accessing the additional (3) bedrooms is directly off the living/dining room on the opposite side of the premises. Stroll into bedroom #3 offering a queen bed, from there, enter into bedroom #4 offering a king bed and then enter into bedroom #5 which offers a pyramid bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin up top. It is here where you will find bathroom #2 with a large walk-in shower and access to the rear private patio. The home comes with (2) reserved parking spaces located just besides the property. The parking is tight… but expected (stay inside the lines or you will be ticketed). The dishwasher was broken upon arrival, apparently the cleaners didn’t. Price as all the dish’s were dirty in the cabinets. I would say that a house that sleeps 11 could invest in some larger pots and pans. But overall the kids had a great time at the ocean! ##### Noah R. The heater did not work in the main living room/kitchen, and we were all freezing as we gathered for meals. The towels were skimpy, and we had to buy extra rolls of toilet paper since there was insufficient provided. An unknown car was parked in one of the 2 spaces we'd been assigned, and we had nowhere else to park, so we had to park & Uber from far away. Our email to the office asking for guidance to alternative parking went unanswered. We are loyal VRBO customers, but we won't be back here. ##### Jan M. You will hear conversations and music as people stroll, run, bike or skate by. It is constant from 6a-10p. The windows are also mirrored on the outside, so lots of folks stop to take selfies in the windows. There are beach chairs and boogie boards available. The rental company also offers beach towels, umbrellas and additional beach essentials to borrow. The layout of the house is strange. You have to walk through rooms to get to other rooms. There are not really hallways.
