Features include a bright living room with high vaulted ceilings, private roof deck lounge, second floor balcony, open and equipped kitchen, 3 modern ensuite bathrooms, and a cozy sunroom. Just moments from the buzz of Pacific Beach in the peacefulness of the quiet bayfront, you get the best of both worlds.

Downstairs, two additional bedrooms/bathrooms are accessed via the main entry hall or by their own private doors for added convenience. Attached to one bedroom is the sunroom, a fully enclosed, window-wrapped living and dining space with a garden view and its own TV, mini-fridge, and microwave.
