Patio furniture was also a bit dirty, but we were able to use the hose to clean it off when we got there & use it through the weekend. Overall, very minor issues upon entering & the place & host were great to us all weekend! Just writing our “complaints” so other guests go into their stay with these expectations! My husband gathered his 3 managers and their spouses for a weekend of off-shore fishing and to enjoy the warm climate in November. This property’s location was ideal for being close to two charter fishing landings, steps from the shops and a nice bay-front walking trail, and a quick drive to Ocean Beach. The back yard was a great place to relax in the sun and enjoy the hot tub. No pantry or anywhere to store food in kitchen. Large TVs in all the rooms worked great and the beds were comfortable, but the furniture was well used.No laundry facility as the single washer/dryer combo in the backyard was not usable as there was no dial.
