It includes a huge gourmet kitchen, a private patio and a 3 car garage. It is located just steps from the beach, bay, restaurants, and shops in the heart of Mission Beach. The free-standing 3-story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a studio without Kitchen and sleeps 12\. The studio which has its own bathroom is attached but has it's own separate entrance. As you pass through the front private patio you enter into the main home on the first floor which features the laundry room and garage access. Proceed up the stairs to the main living area which includes the large kitchen, dining area, living room, a full bath and (1) bedroom with a queen bed and futon. Up one more set of stairs, you will find three more bedrooms. Master with queen size bed and a full bathroom. The other two beds also have queen size bed with a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The studio unit including a large full bathroom located off the 1st floor patio offers a queen size bed. 3 car garage behind the house, attached L 229" W 279" H 87" San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small. \*This unit does not have air conditioning\* STR-02577L TOT number: 519286 Address: 733 Pismo, San Diego, CA 92109 2,200 Sq. ft $100 deposit is required to book a reservation. Our trip In July (21st -24th) included 9 people. We found the house to be clean and well equipped to handle all of us. The house is typical of this area, so it is not completely perfect as it is an older home, but with the three car garage and all the rooms and places to sleep everyone was very comfortable. and felt at home. Additionally, the management is located just a short walk down the street , and they were super nice and helpful with any of our questions. They made the already great stay even better. The house is located right off Mission Blvd, close to a little market for small needs, with hot food and coffee within a one minute walk. The house is just a short two minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, so it was super close to a great section of the beach. Overall I cant image that we could have had a better trip with the family, what a great place. We will definitely be coming back to this home again for our next trip. Thanks again, A.
