Free street parking is always available. Additional amenities available upon request: ★ Cleaning service during your stay: $189 per service visit ★ Ergonomic chair and/or computer monitor for office desk: $50 setup fee per each (must request at time of booking) ★ Continental breakfast for 1 day (pre-stocked in kitchen at check in): $40 for one person or $80 for 4 people (menu selections requested after booking) ★ Picnic basket for 2: $100 (includes blanket, utensils, food and choice of red, white, or sparkling wine) **FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 30 days:** ― Additional identification, a leasing agreement, and additional deposit will be required. ― Dogs smaller than 20 lbs may be permitted for stays longer than 30 days.
