Nestled right next to a beautiful park, this cozy and well-appointed home offers the perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and outdoor enjoyment.

This home is the left side of a duplex, offering complete privacy with its own separate entrance, private driveway, and exclusive deck.  
  
Outdoor Spaces:  
Main Deck: Gather around the gas fire pit with comfy seating while enjoying a scenic park view. Direct backyard access to a huge grass field makes it perfect for games, picnics, or a peaceful stroll.  
Private Master Deck: A covered, private retreat accessed exclusively through the master bedroom, complete with a remote-controlled lighting system for a cozy nighttime vibe.  
Side Yard: A small gravel area adds extra outdoor space.  
Indoor Comforts:  
Living Room: A welcoming space with a large TV, stylish new blinds, and plenty of seating to unwind.
