Summary: This charming one bedroom & one bathroom apartment is located in a quiet area of Pacific Beach. It is a 4 minute walk to the sand and 7 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of PB. This apartment has new carpet, paint and small fixtures but old appliances that make for a quintessential beach living weekend. This unit is southern facing offering incredible daytime lighting that fills the living areas. Just 15 steps outside and you’ll be looking at the Pacific. The Space: Outdoor Areas are shared. Free street parking. A space heater is provided as the primary heating source for the property. Guest Access: Pacific Beach is known for the best sandy stretches in the world. Wake up in the morning with fresh coffee, take a 4 min walk to the sand and you’ll be able to walk the tide line for miles. The location of this unit is in northern Pacific Beach which offers really easy access to La Jolla beaches (3 miles), The Village (3.5 miles), and incredible restaurants. I specifically asked about street parking and the manager said it was not a problem, it is in the summer. When we arrived it was very dark and difficult to see which unit it was. The place is bare bones and could use some updating , simple things like towel hooks. There’s no place to sit outside to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning which we missed in the photos. All the windows look into other units which is not easy to see in the photos, it felt dark and a little depressing. The couch had some questionable stains which made it feel gross. They did come to clean those off the sofa bed when we complained. Aside from that, the unit was clean. We were praying a premium price because of the time of year and it was way overpriced for what it was, in our opinion. ##### Alison H.
