Location! Location! This location can not be beat. One the street with the Ocean Beach Fishing Pier. One block from Newport Ave, With many restaurants, the beach, coffee shops, breweries. You will have your own parking spot, washer dryer in the unit. A vacation rental community with respectful and welcoming neighbors. Right next to the action but in a quiet garden courtyard. BBQ Grill in the courtyard Designated parking spot So many things to explore in this laid back beach community. Your own designated parking with additional street parking or free public parking lot at the beach Your own dedicated parking, Please do not leave valuables in your car. Please be advised that this a vacation rental unit where you may need to provide your own items. As a courtesy, we offer a few things to get you by for a short stay, but you may want to visit the local store upon check-in. A starter pack of: Trashbags dishwasher pods Dish pods coffee pods Salt Pepper Hand soap Your booking reservation is an acceptance of the following house rules: Do NOT leave beach towels, clothing or shoes outside on railings \- Do not block the alley. Only one car in parking spot. No tandem parking Our unit is inspected prior to guest arrival, which includes a detailed check of all inventory. If you notice any damage to the condo it is your duty to report such damages immediately to us. Upon departure, we will again, inspect the unit for damages and re-inventory all property. If any damage is discovered, or if there are missing items from the unit, the person listed on the booking as the responsible party shall pay for the actual cost of the repair or for replacing any missing items. Please note that this unit is non-smoking. No pets are allowed in the unit. If a pet is brought into the unit without prior notification, you will be asked to vacate without a refund. Please note that this property is privately owned and neither the owners or the management company shall accept any responsibility for personal injury, accidents loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused. My sister and I used this rental for a bit of a sisters retreat while in town for a wedding. It was the absolute perfect location. Close enough for getting to the action but tucked away from the noise. It was a great layout that also gave the sense that it was larger. Beautifully decorated, clean and the beds were super comfortable. We had one issue with the locks battery and code that while was frustrating initially the host worked to remediate and checked back in that it was resolved. I’d 100% stay here again. ##### Teyawn W. Close to many great restaurants, the pier, and beach. Very clean. Plenty of kitchen space, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Large bedrooms with plenty of closet space, extra blankets, and pillows. Great courtyard space for grilling. Parking space is tight for large vehicles but adequate and a necessity to have in the neighborhood. Neighborhood seemed quiet and friendly. ##### Patrick N. Unfortunately the pier was temporarily closed. The apartment was very clean but also dark and stuffy when we arrived. It was easy enough to turn on the mini splits but took a little effort to find the light switches. The splits worked fine and cooled the rooms quickly enough but it didn’t feel very welcoming on arrival. The owner communicated well and was quick to respond to questions. ##### Jennifer O. The place was very clean and very close to the pier and beach. Location is great if you want to walk to restaurants and the ocean. Nicole was easy to work with…my second payment was delayed a bit but she was very understanding. This is very close to the airport but with a ban of flights (going/coming) between 11:30p and 6a, you don’t have any issues. I really appreciate the fact they have ACs in every room. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There is no view to the ocean or beach from the unit we stayed in but you are only like 30 steps away anyway.
