Location! Location! This location can not be beat. One the street with the Ocean Beach Fishing Pier. One block from Newport Ave, With many restaurants, the beach, coffee shops, breweries. You will have your own parking spot, washer dryer in the unit. A vacation rental community with respectful and welcoming neighbors. Right next to the action but in a quiet garden courtyard. BBQ Grill in the courtyard Designated parking spot So many things to explore in this laid back beach community. Your own designated parking with additional street parking or free public parking lot at the beach Your own dedicated parking, Please do not leave valuables in your car. Please be advised that this a vacation rental unit where you may need to provide your own items. As a courtesy, we offer a few things to get you by for a short stay, but you may want to visit the local store upon check-in. Only one car in parking spot. No tandem parking Our unit is inspected prior to guest arrival, which includes a detailed check of all inventory. If you notice any damage to the condo it is your duty to report such damages immediately to us. Upon departure, we will again, inspect the unit for damages and re-inventory all property. If any damage is discovered, or if there are missing items from the unit, the person listed on the booking as the responsible party shall pay for the actual cost of the repair or for replacing any missing items. Please note that this unit is non-smoking. No pets are allowed in the unit. If a pet is brought into the unit without prior notification, you will be asked to vacate without a refund. Please note that this property is privately owned and neither the owners or the management company shall accept any responsibility for personal injury, accidents loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused. It’s less than a block from the beach (the pier is still closed) with beautiful views. The best part was being able to walk to any restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It made our evenings stress-free and low-key. It was within 15 minutes of so many attractions we visited- the Zoo, Balboa Park, the Midway, etc. Getting to all those locations was quick and easy. The only challenge was the parking spot. It was tiny (parking is at a premium in the neighborhood) and an SUV would never fit. We rented a Camry and everyone had to get out before we parked because the wall was so close. I got really good at it as the week went on! Overall, it was great. There was even a giant neighborhood event with all kinds of food vendors, fresh vegetables, fresh flowers, and drinks on Wednesday night. My teenagers had a great time and so did their parents. ##### Laura D. Everything about the stay was easy and convenient. I would stay there again. In searches it says that it sleeps 6, but then the emails from the host insist no more 5\. The condo is a very great location, close to the beach, many places to eat and shop. The condo pictures aren't quite the same as the place is in person. Just a few minor differences, but the main one was the bathroom tub/shower. One of the glass doors was missing on the shower, so there was only one door. There was a shower curtain in front of the tub, so the other half of the tub needed to be covered with the curtain. Not a big deal, just a little odd. The only thing to note is that there was no curtain liner to go inside the tub, so the floor got a bit wet. During the day, the place has great natural light, but in the evening, we could have used a few more lights or lamps. Again, not a big deal, but just noting this for other visitors. It was phenomenally close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, and local shopping in Ocean Beach. It felt like a home away from home and the host was communicative, and very gracious and accommodating. Another cool feature was that it had mini split AC systems in all of the rooms and a lot of rental places in San Diego don’t. Definitely recommend! We will come back for sure. ##### Vincent R. Unfortunately the pier was temporarily closed. The apartment was very clean but also dark and stuffy when we arrived. It was easy enough to turn on the mini splits but took a little effort to find the light switches. My sister and I used this rental for a bit of a sisters retreat while in town for a wedding. It was the absolute perfect location. Close enough for getting to the action but tucked away from the noise. It was a great layout that also gave the sense that it was larger. Beautifully decorated, clean and the beds were super comfortable. We had one issue with the locks battery and code that while was frustrating initially the host worked to remediate and checked back in that it was resolved. I’d 100% stay here again. ##### Teyawn W. We wanted a place close to the beach but also quick to downtown, the zoo, and even up the coast. This place hit the spot. The rooms were comfortable, the place was very clean, and had plenty of necessities for the whole family. We would definitely look to stay here again for our next trip.
