This beachy modern guest house is a dream! Two bedrooms with queen beds and pull out sofa in the living room. Light and bright with ocean breezes. Walk just three blocks to the beach. You are in the heart of North PB, close to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Owners are attentive and live in the front house. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbors. Great WiFi for those looking to work or study remotely! Special note, this guest house is above our garages, you may hear the garage door open. Check-in was easy and we were welcomed by a thoughtful welcome basket of treats (which came in handy as we were starving!) It was situated in a quiet residential area and we were never bothered by any noise despite our being there while St Patrick's Day's festivities were going on. We were within walking distance or a short drive to great cafes, restaurants and beaches. The comfortable bedrooms and spacious common areas were perfect for our family of 3 to relax in. We never had the pleasure of meeting Summer directly but she was a pleasure to communicate with via text. We look forward to visiting again in the near future! ##### Aoi R.
