The condo has been thoughtfully updated with driftwood-style Pergo flooring installed on the diagonal, a custom rock accent wall with an electric mood fireplace (heat-producing), ceiling beams, and a ceiling fan. A 65" smart TV and comfortable seating make the living room an ideal place to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking and dining at home—and includes an unobstructed ocean view that makes meal prep a pleasure. This property is centrally located in the heart of Pacific Beach, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the oceanfront boardwalk. Need More Room? We manage multiple units in Capri by the Sea, including three 1-bedrooms and three 2-bedrooms—perfect for extended families or travel groups. Options include units 909, 910, 911 on the 9th floor, plus 1005 and 1010 directly above. Building Amenities Capri by the Sea offers a full suite of amenities: • One dedicated parking space • Rooftop deck with 360° views, BBQs, picnic tables, and lounge seating • Heated pool (80°) and hot tub accessed with a key fob • Coin-operated laundry on the same floor • Trash and recycling chutes on each floor Your key fob provides access to the lobby, your floor, the rooftop, the garage, and pool area. Guest Preparation & Expectations We share all essential property details through our listing, emails, home manuals, in-home signage, and phone support. The ocean changes constantly and we never tired of the view. The apartment was well-stocked with kitchenware and staples products needed to get settled in comfortably. Our one and only complaint was the living room sofa that is well-past its prime and was not comfortable to either sit on or stretch out. I hope that the owners or management company can replace this, as but for this we would return to this unit in a heartbeat. The unit is high tech, with Alexa available to control lights. There’s two big screen TV’s that are excellent. The Wi-Fi was easy to log into and worked great. The bedroom is fine, with ample closet space, bedding and a very comfortable mattress. The location is great - literally on the beach. The cement walk that goes past the front of the building is ideal and runs for miles. Excellent for sunrise or sunset (or anytime) walks or runs. We hope to return sometime soon - if the sofa is replaced. ##### David A. The apartment had recently been renovated so it was well appointed and comfortable. Nice to have our own parking spot in such a prime location. Unfortunately, we were there during record setting heat and without air conditioning, it was a little uncomfortable, even with the breeze from the ocean coming thru the slider. Beautifully decorated, breathtaking views and perfect location. Kiddos loved boogie boarding and sleeping with the sound of real waves. We will be back! ##### Chelsea W. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Has every amenity you can think of. Check-in was smooth. The condo is ideally located on Pacific beach, a 5 minute walk from the pier, and Konos for breakfast burritos. Very clean, very quiet! Would book again! Only downside, and this is a millennial being picky, the condo is TOO smart. For anyone 40 and under, it’s a breeze to navigate, and quite convenient. However, my parents are in their late 60s. They required full-on tech support to turn on the lights. Plus, NO a/c. Which, let’s be honest, is San Diego, don’t need it. ##### Bobby B. My biggest concerned was that there was no AC however it was a non-issue and it was not needed. The condo was well appointed.The location could not be beat. It was very quiet and the bed was comfy but I ended up sleeping on the sofa for the most part and feel asleep listening to the roaring of the ocean. There was nothing more peaceful than listening to the 24 hour a day white noise machine. It was very enjoyable. ##### Teri h. The ceiling fan turned itself on, then off, then on again in the middle of the night. The refrigerator beeped for several hours for no apparent reason ... television was hard to operate. ##### Christy S.
