This unit is ground floor. The Neighborhood: Hillcrest and its surrounding neighborhoods, Balboa Park and Bankers Hill, are known for their vibrant culture, breweries, sidewalk cafés, and nightlife. The area is highly walkable, benefiting from the sunny San Diego weather. Balboa Park is not only a cultural oasis with 18 museums, numerous gardens, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo, but also a hub for various cultural events and activities throughout the year. Getting Around: Walk around the beautiful neighborhood of Marston Hills, through exciting Hillcrest or take a short ride-share straight to bustling Downtown. The famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are mere minutes away. The options are endless for activities, dining and entertainment! Other Things to Note: • Please note that any rentals exceeding 30 days will require additional verification, lease agreement, and deposit.
