Just steps from your door, you'll find some of San Diego's best restaurants and bars, perfect for exploring the culinary delights of Little Italy. The house boasts two bedrooms with comfy queen beds and a third bedroom with two twin beds, making it ideal for various group setups. For those with a car, there's a convenient parking spot in the driveway, and the fully fenced backyard offers a private space to relax and unwind. The house also has whole house AC to keep you cool on those sunny San Diego days. This sweet, quaint, incredibly clean home nestled right in the heart of Little Italy is an absolute gem. The home is is so cozy and feels like you have stepped back in time, in the best of ways! Ubers are easy to get, trolley stop is about a 10 min walk, and on-site parking if you have a car with you. House is neat, clean, comfortable. It feels safe and very well maintained. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The plane noise is loud in the evenings and in the daytime, but not in the middle of the night. Convenience of the location makes it worth it.
