Just a few minutes walk to the ocean, this beachy property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with the right amount of sunshine for your San Diego escape! Ideal for those looking to unwind in a serene coastal setting, this cottage is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway near the beach! Enjoy a spacious backyard with a firepit and al fresca dining for six, perfect for evening family gatherings and enjoying the coastal breeze with friends! This comfortable home offers wifi and smart TVs as well to help you reach max relaxation! With ample parking, you'll have no trouble getting home to shower and relax after a long day at the beach! Additional parking also allows for ease hosting guests or enjoying a day at the house. Don't delay getting your dates secured at this coastal gem - bring the family & the fun! SLEEP ACCOMODATIONS: Primary Bedroom, off living room - Queen Bed Second Bedroom, off Jack&Jill Bath - Full Bed Living Room - Sleeper Sofa (queen) 3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays. No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas. This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests and can sleep 5 in beds. All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents. Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
