There were several pages worth, i.e., outdoor lights, hot tub, fire pit all had to be off by 8:00 pm (too early, especially while on vacation), cleaning despite paying a cleaning fee, etc. Overall, we had a fantastic time and the stipulations were a minor nuisance. The only thing I would mention is that is located behind a restaurant and you have to find it, it’s on a dirt road, so it was a bit confusing at first. But once you’re in the house, all of that is irrelevant. However, I would like to have known the location so I was not surprised when we pulled up. ##### meg c. The view is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the house is clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked and they provide beach towels and other needed enmities. The managing company is phenomenal and very responsive. I love the fact they meet you at the house and answer any questions you might have. The only issue I had was the requirement to wash and dry your towels before leaving. (This was in the paperwork given upon check in). I’m pretty sure that the fees you pay for cleaning should take care of this. I’ve never rented a property that required it and we rent at least twice a year. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Great patio with gas fire pit and Spa tub. Kitchen is well-appointed, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice. Has AC and lovely outdoor dining area in a courtyard. Joseph is very responsive to difficulty we had with the TV service, and got it working well. Only negative is I would have preferred to have screens on the doors and windows to keep the flies out and allow better ventilation without the AC at night especially. Nice to have the standing fan, though - thanks! Also very nice to have laundry in unit, and a garage parking space. Much appreciated! ##### Liz T.
