If an item is found and you would like it returned, we can arrange shipping. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. 2\. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property. 5\. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. 6\. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. 7\. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. 8\. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach equipment. However, if any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest. 9\. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged 10\. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn\`t a prior approved late checkout. 11\. NO glass is permitted in the hot tub. No sand in the hot tub. 12\. You must follow the HOA rules. 13\. No pets without approval. $150 fee per pet. Breed & size restrictions. If approved, you must clean up after your pet. No pets on furniture. Easy access to the beach with lifeguards, which was a plus with my daughter. I also appreciated being within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, meal times were easy and delicious. Loved the taco shop and Kono’s.Inside, the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We really felt comfortable and not at all too stuffy, even traveling with my daughter. I don’t want to be stressing about her breaking something. The layout was nice and felt larger than I expected for everyone to relax. Another highlight was the hot tub, which was so nice after a day at the beach or exploring. The host was also incredibly helpful and very responsive to any questions we had, which made our stay even smoother.Just a couple of minor notes: The primary bathroom shower has a high step-in, so it might not be ideal for less mobile individuals. Also, as expected with a boardwalk location, there were some loud people at night, so bring a sound machine. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo! ##### Alexis S.
