This truly is a family-friendly vacation destination. This beautifully appointed modern vacation home features a private spacious ROOF TOP DECK with views of the ocean, Mission Bay and the Belmont park. NOTE | Downstairs is a long term rental and the ground floor front patio is exclusive to that unit, and each unit has their own separate rooftop space. This unit is on the 1st floor and requires climbing stairs. This home features an open floor plan with modern design. As you enter the house you have the kitchen which is well appointed with quartz counter tops, slate back splash & high end stainless steel appliances, equipped with full kitchenware. Bar stools around kitchen counter, outdoor dining table and additional seating with a fire pit table on the patio with a BBQ. The living room offers full seating, a flat screen TV. Features include custom hard wood flooring, carpet in living room, recessed lighting and opens up to the patio. All 3 bedrooms & the remaining 2 bathrooms are located on the third floor. The Master bedroom houses its own Ocean View deck featuring La Cantina doors that join the outdoor and indoor space, along with a Flat Screen TV & a private bath with rain shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. All beds are furnished with full linens & pillows, and all bathrooms are equipped with bath, hand towels & hand soaps. There is a front load washer & dryer. Wall mounted AC/heat and a portable AC in the 3rd. Tandem carport Parking for 2 vehicles, over sized vehicles will not fit. Mission Beach has narrow alleys and we recommend smaller vehicle. This truly is a family-friendly vacation destination with a white sandy stretch of beach located out your front door. Just steps away are swim-friendly beaches with the Main Lifeguard Tower out front. For you surf enthusiasts, two popular surf breaks The Jetty & PB Drive are located within easy walking distance SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Master bedroom: king (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: queen (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: bunk bed (1) full & (1) twin Guest access Guests have a access to the upstairs unit with 2 patios and roof top access (till the gate). Guests do not have access to the downstairs front area. The neighborhood LOCATION “Beach side” of Mission blvd, just a few houses from the Ocean & steps to the Bay. Conveniently located close to famous Belmont Park which offers the Roller Coaster, rides, food, games, & endless entertainment. Within a short stroll to Mission Beach Aquatic Center that offers sailing, kayaking, surf lessons, & much more. And just minutes to the world famous Sea World. Perfect location -- just steps to beach and the hosts have thought of everything. The beach umbrella and chairs were so nice to have. It was unusually hot so was the A/C was a game changer (in every bedroom - made for great sleeping). The kitchen had all we needed (perhaps need more forks), and the slider door for indoor/outdoor feel felt luxurious. Hope we can come back again! ##### Michael and Jeanne G. The location was great - short walk to the beach and bay, close to a variety of restaurants and mini-grocers. It was very convenient. We totally enjoyed the multitude of decks, especially the rooftop - what a novelty and a great view! The kitchen had all the amenities and was well-stocked for all your cooking needs. We couldn't figure out how to turn on any heat, however, so nights were chilly. Also, if you aren't used to a zillion ways to use a shower, it was confusing. We were told that our pick-up would fit. NOT when they have rented the other unit to someone with a Pickup truck!!! We got stuck as the other people didn't leave in the morning and we couldn't get out!Otherwise, it was a good stay. ##### Patricia I. I traveled with a group of friends and we had plenty of space to enjoy our time together. There are lovely indoor spaces to visit and relax, and a kitchen with everything you could need to prep a meal. There are several outside decks with great views of the surrounding neighborhood and ocean. The beach is a Just a few houses away. Super close to Cann ball Sushi. Loved being able to park in tje garage. 20 minite walk to Pacific Beach. Home was clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the large showers. We enjoyed time on the rooftop too. The fire table dis not work, this was the only negative. However, there is so much to do on the beach that we quickly changed plans. Would definitely reccomend staying here and look forward to staying here again. ##### Jennifer P.
