The house was very well appointed and our host thought of everything that a guest might need. For example, there are various types of coffee makers for every coffee drinkers’ preference. There are also lots of beach supplies and even an umbrella stroller for anyone with kids. They also had a spare toothbrush and toothpaste in case someone forgot theirs. Lila, the owner was super responsive to anything that came up and really takes pride in her home. From snacks to eat, to some condiments and spices, the house is very well equipped. The memory foam beds were very comfortable. PB is a cute little beach town that we loved. The beach is less than a mile away. We’ll be back for sure. ##### Greg B. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location was great. It’s just under a mile walk to the Tourmaline surf beach which is where we spent every sunset. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lila's property! The house was well-stocked with everything we needed.We visited with 3 adults and 3 children (ages 9,7, and 19 months). There was plenty of room for us all and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness and supplies. My son slept in the pack & play provided and there were kids dishes, books, toys, and more. The front patio is also gated in so was perfect to be able to enjoy being outside without worrying. Lila was a wonderful host! She left us snacks, stocked bathrooms, and a gift card to a local bakery which we used to get all of the kids delicious cookies (we walked there from the house). The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative - high 90's & low 100's everyday and houses in San Diego don't have Central Air.
