Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. \- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. \- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. We had 2 noise complaints against us and I apologize for that but the very young kids (girls) are very loud in all they do.
