Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. The unit is remodeled from top to bottom and has high end finishes. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings, very nice (west elm, etc). 1 block from Mission Bay, lovely ocean view from the patio! AvantStay has nice perks like snacks and high end toiletry boxes. The house has everything. Kitchen starting to show some wear and tear but otherwise, everything is very nice. We are planning to come back soon. ##### Kelly M.
