This ain't your grandma's house - it's a funky, fresh, and totally remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom pad that'll make you feel like you're living in the pages of a hipster magazine. With a prime location just a stone's throw from all the coolest restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops in the area, you'll be in the center of all the action. But when you step inside, you'll be transported to your own little world of artsy charm and urban chic. Each of the two bedrooms is a unique and funky space that's sure to inspire your creative side, with plenty of comfy beds and cozy linens to snuggle up in after a night out on the town. The bathrooms are modern and sleek, with all the amenities you need to feel pampered and refreshed. Step outside onto our outdoor space and bask in the glow of the market lights strung up above, perfect for an evening of relaxation or partying with pals. But the real magic of this property is in the living space. The open-concept design is perfect for entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen that's just begging for you to whip up some gourmet eats. And when it's time to chill out, you can kick back on the plush couch and watch a movie on the big screen TV, or surf the web with lightning-fast Wi-Fi. This place even has its' own washer/dryer in case you need to do a quick wash while you're in town! There are ceiling fans in each room. No smoking and no pets allowed on the premises (this includes backyard area.) There are active security cameras on the exterior of the property. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed. Parking notes: There are two dedicated, off street parking spots. Early Check Ins and Late Check Outs are available based on occupancy.
