You'll love the views from one of the three balconies, especially the third story, ocean view, glassed in rooftop deck. Fully Furnished 3 bed/3 bath located just steps from the sand. The Space: This 3bd/3ba house will comfortably sleep 7 people (max 10). The downstairs floor has one bedroom with a large king size bed, private full bathroom, and can be closed off from the rest of the home if needed. The second floor has the kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as the second bedroom. It has a queen bed, and a bunk bed. The third, and top floor has a larger bedroom with a queen bed, a queen futon bed and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Guest Access: The entire home The Neighborhood: The home is ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Mission and Pacific Beach. The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided; beach towels/chairs/umbrella/toys, bathroom products, dishwashing liquid/pods, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, extra toilet paper, trash bags. These little touches made our trip much easier and avoided extra trips to the store for basics. The house is three stories, 3 bed/3 bath which offered plenty of space for 6 of us, but it was a bit challenging for my elderly parents to navigate. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and relaxing, though an umbrella on the top deck would have made it even better. The gas grill worked well, but the drip pan could use a thorough cleaning to help prevent grease flare ups.The outdoor shower had a slightly precarious design and some loose tiles that could use attention. Inside, the couch could benefit from a shampooing, but overall the house was very clean which is most important to us.Despite a few minor opportunities, we genuinely enjoyed our stay.
