\- Bright & spacious with an open floor plan, Juliet balcony, double-paned sliding door, and city views. Laminate/tile flooring throughout - no carpet.
\- Full-sized kitchen includes:
\> Lots of counter space with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances: 4-burner gas stove, oven, French door refrigerator with ice & water dispensers, microwave, & dishwasher.
\> All the cookware & serving ware needed for cooking, dining, and entertaining.
\> A Ninja blender, electric sandwich maker & electric wine bottle opener.
\> Keurig coffee maker with a starter pack of coffee pods, assorted teas, sugar & creamer.
\> An initial supply of pantry & cleaning essentials: olive oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, hand & dishwashing soaps, sponge, and brushes.
\- In-unit washer and dryer come with a starter pack of detergent & dryer sheets. There is also an iron, ironing board, and a garment steamer.
