Located in South Mission Beach, San Diego, enjoy this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ground floor beach house! Primary bedroom has a Queen bed & full ensuite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds with an addition full bathroom across the hall. Down the hall is a cozy living room with a SmartTV and comfortable couch plus a full size sofa bed. Our large newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, enjoy home cooked meals at the spacious 6-person kitchen table. There is a large sunlit private patio as well with a BBQ and outdoor dining area :) Property is situated at the end of the peninsula, surrounded by water, just steps from the beach/boardwalk (only 4 houses in!) and just across the street from the pristine and peaceful bay. Belmont Park only a 10-min walk along the boardwalk where you'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, rental shops & shopping! Sea World less than a 10-min drive, Airport & Downtown only a 10-15 minute drive! La Jolla only 20 minutes. The beach towels and storage equipped with beach chairs, a great sand umbrella came in handy. This home also has one of the largest front-patios in sight, we didn’t use the grill but it was so nice to know grilling was always an option! It was incredible to be steps away from the sand volleyball courts and the beach, our morning walks were incredible! Also, our SUV fit perfect in the front parking space, We enjoyed Thai home so much, we stayed an extra night!! The owner is extremely communicative, gracious, kind and professional!
