The Space: Newly built in 2021, this spacious 3 level home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept living area, located in the heart of beautiful Mission Beach. Welcome to our coastal oasis in the charming neighborhood of Mission Beach, San Diego! Our beautifully designed Airbnb property is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience the laid-back, beachy vibe of this vibrant community. Our property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to capture the essence of coastal living. The bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds and plenty of storage, guaranteeing a great night's rest. Every room in the home is equipped with powerful mini split AC systems. The home is just a few houses from Mission Bay and just across the street from Mission Beach. The real highlight of our property is its prime location in the heart of Mission Beach. Your family will love exploring every area of Mission Beach. We are just steps to the famous boardwalk. Belmont Park is also a short stroll from the property with the famous wooden roller coaster. Our property also includes free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while you're on vacation. Guest Access: You have access to the entire home and two-car tandem garage. Note the garage is narrow and fits smaller/medium sized cars. There is one stand up paddle boards, 3 boogie boards, and 2 bikes for guest use. The Neighborhood: Mission Beach is a classic beach community in San Diego, California. The beach community can be both quiet and cozy, or active and bustling, depending on the season and what kind of experience you want to create for yourself. We have beach essentials to make your stay more enjoyable, including a beach chair, umbrellas, and beach toys. The ocean is lively and the bay is quiet. MISSION BAY for WATERSPORTS & LOUNGING: Walk the bay for a quieter outing or for activities like boats, paddle board, volleyball and more. Mission Bay sports center is one mile north! MISSION/PACIFIC BEACH for SURFING, DINING & NIGHTLIFE: Head to the beach boardwalk alongside the Pacific Ocean to enjoy restaurants, bars, infamous nightlife, coffee shops and more stretching from Belmont Park at your doorstep, all the way up to the neighboring lively Pacific Beach. RUNNING/BIKING: For the active traveler, there is a fantastic loop around the bay which is about 12 miles. Beach cruiser bikes can be available upon request to explore the area or even bike to nearby Sea World. Other Things to Note: This is not a party house. The home is approximately 1,210 sq ft. We have stayed at other properties near by and none provided with any fun equipment like this one. The paddle boards, bikes, beach equipment and kids sand toys is why we stay here. Also, it’s nice that it was extremely peaceful and quiet, unlike our other stays that we had issues with neighbors and attached properties. Perfect for young adults and an active family since this property is three levels.Tandem parking in the garage was excellent and we could safely store all of our bikes and water toys. Unfortunately only one paddle board was available with the stay when two were advertised. Had issues with the keypad entry but the emergency property management was quick to answer my call after 10pm and we gained entry to the house. This was addressed with the owner immediately and was taken care of the next day. One a/c was not working, again addressed with owner and getting taken care. Weather in San Diego was perfect so no one really needed an a/c. BBQ Grill was exceptionally clean!!! 5 STARS to both the owner and property management!! Communication was fluid!! As a VRBO member since 2011, it is our responsibility as VRBO guests to notify VRBO owners of issues with their property. Things do get resolved and I am grateful and happy with everywhere I have stayed. From Hawaii to California and to the east coast and everywhere in between!Thank you John!
