Hear and watch the ocean waves from inside your 1800 sq. ft. beach home! Enjoy beach living with perfect open floor plan for your family and kids plus spacious ocean view roof top sun deck. Soaring vaulted cedar ceilings with custom chandelier in great room with plenty of natural lighting and ocean views from large interior picture windows create beach style living at it's best. Relax in all new beds for your comfort during your stay... ATTENTION: This home is located in a very quiet, highly desired residential neighborhood courtyard and is only suitable for quieter groups. There are full time owners living downstairs and on all sides around the property. There is a No Tolerance Policy for excessive noise, adding occupancy more than 6 persons at any time, not adhering to quiet times on all decks from 10pm to 8am, any non authorized people entering the property, parties and smoking. Parking is limited to two cars only. All guest staying at Oceanwaves are clearly informed of the No Tolerance Policy and agree that any complaint from any of our neighbors may cause immediate eviction and 100% forfeiture of any monies, no refunds. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with spices, etc , and you will have everything you need for an afternoon on the beach (chairs/cooler/towels/toys). The rooftop patio is a lovely place to have a morning coffee or an evening cocktail and we even saw wild dolphins playing in the waves twice from up there. We were "second row", so we were not on the boardwalk, but the deck has an ocean view. We had the benefit of the beach just steps away. The three bedrooms were just fine and the kids loved being able to go back and forth to the beach. We would stay here again. ##### Steve S. Overall, our group had a wonderful weekend. The house was located in the PERFECT spot. A few steps to the ocean, a 20 minute walk down to Pacific Beach, great little restaurants and cafes close to the house. Also, Daniel made the check-in process very easy! There were two things we wished could've been better. 1.) The parking situation was really frustrating. It was a nightmare trying to get our standard-sized sedan into the spot associated with the unit. In-fact, the spot was so tight that we couldn't open any of our doors when the car was fully parked, so our car spent the weekend halfway into the street to ensure we could access it. 2.) The unit itself could use a little bit of TLC. There were massive rips/tears in the carpet all throughout the unit, as well as a lock on the roofdeck sliding door that didn't work. These issues of course were relatively minor. We definitely enjoyed our trip! ##### conor s. This place is in a quiet area so grandparents and elementary school- aged kids all slept well even with windows open! There was plenty of space, it is very clean, beautifully furnished, well stocked (including coffee pods, oils and spices, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards) and so close to the beach you could easily go back and forth if needed with very little effort. It included parking for two large cars and has a roof top terrace with ocean view. We will definitely seek this place out again on our next visit. ##### Debra B. Daniel the owner was great, super communicative and easy to work with. The unit is very comfortable, amazing location, and we loved that it came stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and umbrellas. This place is a hidden gem. Most Mission Beach properties are run down. This place is really nice. We loved the roof top deck. Great views and lots of room to enjoy the sun. We grilled every day and enjoyed happy hour up on the deck every evening. The property owner was very and easy to work with. The home is nicely furnished and has all the amenities you could want at the beach. The location is amazing. 100 ft from the boardwalk and the beach. Our group was very happy and would absolutely rent this home again! 5 stars. ##### Scott D.
