This ground-level beach condo features 32-foot retractable sliding glass doors that open along the entire living area opening to the boardwalk and oceanfront. • Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

• Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.

FROM MISSION BLVD: From West Mission Bay Drive at the Roller Coaster, turn right (north) on Mission Blvd., turn left onto Santa Barbara Place and then immediately left onto Strandway. The home will be a blue building on the right.

PARKING: There is one uncovered parking spot on the south side of the building, on the left side, adjacent to Jamaica Court. Pull all the way up to the fence at the front of the parking space; be sure to leave room for neighbors to park in the right side spot. There is only room for one vehicle. There is additional parking off of Santa Clara and El Carmel. Any additional vehicles at the property will be towed.
When parking please make sure you park on the left side, nearest the Court, leaving enough room for neighbors on the right. Please note any violation of this will result in towing.
