This apartment is on the second floor with about 15 flight of steps to get to it.
One block from Ocean Beach with bicycle rental, shower facility and lifeguard.
Scooter rental and parking available right outside the apartment on the street.
Walking distance to the famous OB pier (the longest concrete pier on the West Coast) and the main restaurants of Ocean Beach – Newport Avenue.
On Newport, there are many restaurants, antique stores, coffee house s, bars, bike and surf shops. On Wednesday evenings (4pm to 8pm)Newport Avenue features a Farmer’s Market where you can find local fruits, vegetables and flowers, street performances and food vendors.
Ocean Beach is conveniently located within 15 minutes of major attractions including the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Museums, Old Town, Sea World, Kayaking, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, La Jolla Cove, hiking, surfing, golfing, boating and miles of sandy beaches.

We have a lot of returned guests. The property is owned and managed by the owner as well as 2 managers who live 10 mins away to service the guests. Property is meticulously maintained and cleaned every reservation.
