Lots of space in the house on multiple levels as long as you don’t mind some stairs.I loved having a garage and if you have a small car and you’re good at backing into tight spaces it’s perfect! Having a full size washer and dryer is great too. We utilized the outdoor shower a lot too. The place could use a little tlc in some of the furniture/decor/pillows/bedding/towels were pretty worn-definitely one home goods trip could remedy most of those things :) And if it’s hot like it was the one day you may end up sleeping in the loft or downstairs bc those are the only areas with mini split ac All in all we would stay again bc the location is great! ##### Kathy G. The pictures are definitely when it was new as the rugs were dirty and stained. The kitchen counter was cluttered with other visitor's left-over food items. It wasn't as sparkly clean as the ad shows and it wasn't ideal for 2 couples. There is only 1 actual bedroom. However, we spent most of our time outside of the unit, so it wasn't a big deal. Our family took a vacation to San Diego and stayed at the property at the beginning of August. The home was cute, close to the beach (a 5 minute walk), had plenty of options for beds. The teenagers loved the loft area! It is fairly centrally located to all the touristy things you want to do like Sea World, Zoo, downtown, beaches. It was a great choice and area for that! The air conditioning was a little tricky to figure out so could use a little more detailed directions. Internet was a little spotty as well. Garage is TIGHT so we ended up parking on the street often. No biggie, just be aware of the signs on the street for street sweeping each week so you don't end up with a ticket (we learned the hard way). Overall, I think we would stay here again. I decided to use this site vs the Air one and found this really nice looking property. I have never used any of these apps, because I’ve only stayed in hotels. I’ll tell you what, this home looks exactly as it does on the pictures! What a pleasant surprise! The home was very clean and orderly. It was well supplied with towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies! It was so accommodating and comfortable. I hate to travel because I always have a hard time sleeping on foreign beds. But the bed they had in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I sleep very well! The pillows were nice too! Thank you for this! There are many restaurants and shops literally a block or two away! The beach is only a 4-5 minute walk away! It was nice to have a garage to park my car in because I didn’t have to search for street parking. True to the advisement given by the owner, it is very tight to get into, but I am a driving master, so no sweat getting my mid sized SUV in there! It will fit a mid sized sedan even better! The home also has a washer and dryer! My wife loved the rooftop terrace and she took many pictures up there! The neighborhood was relatively safe. I was able to go on a walk with my young family and no problem. There were some homeless folks hanging out here and there, but they were the kind that keep to themselves. They were the aggressive panhandling types and there wasn’t urine and feces all over the place like in Los Angeles. We will return to this location! ##### Juan C. Walking distance to anything you might need like a cvs, restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. We really enjoyed the dog beach nearby. Place was clean and orderly.
