Located on the third level of a modern residential building on Park Boulevard, this stylish and spacious retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With stunning views of the San Diego skyline, this is a prime spot for an unforgettable stay. ADA Compliant. Step inside our impeccably designed new 2 bedroom condo, where contemporary aesthetics meet practical functionality. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light, creating a welcoming ambiance with beautiful views of San Diego. The living room features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring. Each room has a mini-split offering both AC and Heat to keep the condo comfortable. Kitchen: Perfect for hosting friends or family, the full kitchen includes an island with bar top seating, small dining table for 4, dual oven and microwave, electric stove top, dishwasher, pots and pans, regular coffee machine, blender, toaster, and dishes/glassware for the entire group. Bedrooms: The condo boasts two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom is an upstairs open loft bedroom that comes with a luxurious queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk out patio with the covered hot tub. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with a sofa bed in the living room (each sofa pulls out and can sleep a total of 2 people), accommodating a total of 6 guests. It’s a 1-bedroom with an open loft that contains a queen bed and limited balcony access to the spa. The “master bedroom” is just the loft—no walls, no doors, no privacy, no paint on the walls. The only room with a door has a full-size bed, not a queen as listed. A random rollout twin can’t even fully open. The layout is misleading and impractical.As parents traveling with children, this setup posed a major concern. Choosing privacy meant leaving our kids with direct access to the spa—a clear safety risk. Choosing safety meant sacrificing our own privacy. It’s a no-win layout.The condo was also poorly stocked—no salt, no pepper, minimal paper supplies, and a cheap coffee setup. For the price, we expected better.The spa took two days to heat up, which makes it unusable for short stays.If you're a couple with low expectations, maybe this works. But if you value truth in advertising, privacy, or even basic readiness, look elsewhere. We found this condo to be great. Centrally located to many things. Neighborhood was safe and we walked to breakfast, dinner another night, and a local pub another afternoon. Garage is great for security, but it was a challenge parking our mid sized SUV.The place was clean, water pressure was great, laundry facilities very convenient. we didn't use the hot tub. The other benefit of the location made it an easy drive up to La Jolla and quick drive to the zoo. But also close enough for a 15 Lyft into downtown for the ballgame. ##### Eric G.
