I called the hotel to inquire about price prior to booking on website. The gentleman was very rude, and I had to ask pry information that should be generally offered to guests.
I ended up booking in website. Upon check in he was not very pleasant at all . He never even smiled until after he handed credit card back to me and gave me room keys.
When we arrived to our room, the TV wouldn’t work , due to not being connected properly. Called front desk for over 10 minutes and it rang busy. My sister had to walk to front desk and inform the same man that we didn’t know what was wrong with TV. He did come back with my sister to look at tv himself. He fixed the problem (cord that was disconnected and said here you go.
Breakfast this am was good, however the sausage patty’s were disgusting and could have played frisbee with them.
At checkout I went to lobby for cart to wheel our stuff to car ( due to having bad hip) we wanted to make one trip. There was only one cart for use and it was not available. Needing to check out by 11:00 am, the lady at front desk said no it’s not a available and never offered to call the room when it was available. So very poor customer service from front desk . There are several black marks on inside of bathroom door that should / could be kept cleaner in my opinion. The Dove products were nice to see.
