Had everything a single or couple could want, including a king sized bed! The garage is small and in a narrow alley, so don’t rent an oversized car. I had to exchange my rental SUV for a Toyota Camry. Even then, I had to back in with the mirrors pulled in. Nonetheless, it was easy enough. The location is only one block from Mission Beach restaurants, shops and amusements, ½ block from the beach and boardwalk, and just a few short blocks to the bay, which was superb. No sofa bed as described, need to blow up an air mattress. Overall a good place to stay close to the beach. The location was convenient to beach and bay. The only drawback was the teeny, tiny garage. We didn't have a tape measure, but the dimensions given must have been before the water heater, storage boxes, washer/dryer, wooden post, etc. were put in. Once parked (very difficult), we didn't use our car until it was time to go home, because we didn't want to go through the hassle to get it back in again.. ##### Shelly P.
