The living quarters are located on the 12th floor, comprising two well-appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area. This spacious two-bedroom unit boasts two convenient parking spaces and includes all utilities for a truly hassle-free stay. You'll enjoy the perfect climate year-round with included AC, heat, electricity, water, and even garbage disposal. Entertainment is a breeze with access to two smart TVs, free Cox Cable & free high-speed Wifi and Amazon Echo Studio. For those who need to work during their stay, a well-equipped desk awaits, complete with computer accessories, two Alarm Clocks with Wireless and high-speed port Charging.
