Whether you're visiting San Diego for a getaway, business trip, or simply seeking a memorable vacation, our renovated Spanish-style apartment offers the perfect retreat.  
  
The Space:  
As soon as you arrive, you'll immediately notice the warm and authentic Spanish accents offering a delightful ambiance throughout the space. The living area is tastefully furnished for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen, smart TV that allows you to lo into your favorite streaming services.  
  
The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living space with the fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for preparing and enjoying delicious meals at home. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample countertop space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Or why not take advantage of San Diego's mild climate and enjoy barbecuing and al fresco dining in community courtyard?

Getting Around:  
With a Walk Score of 97, you'll be in a "Walker's Paradise" where most errands can be accomplished on foot. Many of San Diego's most sought after amenities are only a short Uber or car ride away. We do not have access to off street parking, and street parking can be difficult.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This is an exclusive use, private downstairs 2bd apartment that is located in a 4-plex behind a 9 unit apartment building. There is no off street parking, and parking in the area can be somewhat difficult to come by. Please plan your transportation accordingly.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We find that many of our guests appreciate to be unbothered throughout their stay; however, we pride ourselves on creating the best guest experience possible and are always available if a guest needs anything! In short, do not hesitate to message us any time!
