The bedrooms are both very comfortable with black out curtains. Outside is a fire pit, bbq and outdoor patio. The landscaping is beautiful and welcoming. Every detail is thoughtful, and the house is incredibly clean. AND it’s in walking distance to 30th 3054 N Arroyo Dr restaurants. A great place to call home for a while! ##### Michelle M.
