Originally had planned a trip with a friend to stay here for Bayfest but ended up taking my 10yr old son instead. The trailer is located in a parking space nestled in a apartment/condo area. With that being said, it is exactly what I booked especially knowing we wouldn't be spending much time in the trailer. It was super clean and the area is very quiet. Walking everywhere was perfectly fine and also ensured I had a parking space for my truck for the entire weekend (had no idea what the parking situation would be at random times day or night) since you can not park by the trailer. Communication was prompt prior to check in and assume it would have been during our stay had we needed anything. You are pretty much in the middle of the bay and the ocean so you don't have to walk far for beautiful views and water! Would definitely stay here again. ##### Alisha B.
