The staff were all very friendly and responsive. The location was perfect for exploring the Gas Lamp District and beyond. Walkable to the harbor and tons of restaurants. We also enjoyed the rooftop. I highly recommend staying here and will return.

Super art deco aesthetic. My room was small, but it was stocked with all the necessities. It was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient and right in the center of Gaslamp.

We found bed bugs in this room. We noticed we carried them right after checking out. The staff is gentle and nice. However, rooms are very old and look dirty. Do not stay in this building. Besides, the E St, where this building is located at, there are many homeless people passing by.

The noise level is awful. The glass doors make it where as your passing by the outside of rooms you hear EVERYTHING.

The hotel staff was great and the location was good but the bed was super uncomfortable and the rooms are very old. The old is part of the charm but it would be good if they updated the inside a bit more. The bathrooms need a good remodel.
