The condo is a 1,000 sqft dual master, so everyone has their own space and privacy. Accommodating 4 people, one bedroom has a Queen bed and the other has a Full. A unique aspect of this condo is that it is a corner unit, so an ample amount of natural light comes in through our living room windows. Note: A rental agreement is required and we do have a $250 cap on gas and electric. Upon entering the condo you will be greeted with warm orange and yellow Venetian plastered walls that make you feel like you’ve been transported to Italy. With warm antiques and artwork throughout, you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. Just inside the front door, set away from the bedrooms and living space, you will find the washer and dryer. As you continue into the condo you will see our first master bedroom. This this room has a large closet, dresser and bedside table with drawers. This room has a 4 poster Queen sized bed that is situated in the corner of the room. The furniture is Transitional style with all black sides and wood finished tops. This room has a unique bathroom in that it is considered both an en suite and guest bathroom. There are 2 doors to this bathroom, one inside the bedroom door and one outside the bedroom door. The guest bathroom attached to the front master is a large bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower. All of the bathroom hardware has been updated to oil rubbed bronze that compliments the colors of the condo. Just past the first bedroom you will find the open concept kitchen and living room space. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, stainless steel refrigerator and an over-the-range microwave. As someone who loves to cook, we have also provided plenty of pots and pans, a Cuisinart and many mixing bowls for your needs. We also often have cooking spices and oils, but do not guarantee these items as some people clear out the panty upon departure, while others add. The kitchen also has a bar with 3 stools so that guests, or those not cooking, can keep those in the kitchen company. Just on the other side of the kitchen bar is our living room. Here you will find a small couch, coffee table and smart TV. We welcome everyone to log into their own streaming services, but should you not have any just let us know and we will make sure you have access to Hulu+LIve TV. On the other side of the couch, you will find our sitting space and dining table. There are 2 leather sitting chairs for enjoying the view from the condo or just reading. There is also a folding dining table that accommodates up to 4 people once pulled away from the window. In the sitting room you will find the door to our patio where there is a rug, chest and 4 outside bar stools. The second master bedroom is just past the kitchen and shares a wall with the living room. This master has a Full sized bed, 2 bed side tables, a large dresser and 2 closets. The furniture in this room are all dark wood antiques. The en suite bathroom has a small vanity, marble tiled floors and a shower. The hardware in this bathroom were also updated to the oil rubbed bronze to match the Italian décor. Within the La Vita property you will find a central garden, with water fountain, BBQs, and tables for your enjoyment. There is also a pool, hot tub, gym, and billiards table on the grounds. There were no doors to either of the closet or storage closet so one was forced to look at messy shelves and hanging clothes. There was no dedicated set up dining area, unless you count the counter. The table had to be set up and put away in order to be able to move around the room. Love the decor and it was well stocked. The condo itself is just as described and even more lovely in person. The location cannot be beat-close to everything: airport, trolley station, interstate, downtown, the bay and of course it is in Little Italy which is a vibrant, bustling and unique neighborhood full of great restaurants and shops. The Saturday Farmer's Market (was told by a vendor that it's the largest in SoCal) just steps from the building is not to be missed. We really enjoyed grilling outside on one of the several grills located in the courtyard. The condo is at a great price point and I don't know why anyone would consider staying in just a hotel room when you could enjoy the amenities of this 2 bedroom condo that also includes the use of the pool, fitness area and game room at a competitive price. The condo was quiet, the neighborhood felt very safe and the owner, Alexandria, was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. She responded very quickly to all inquiries. If we make it back to San Diego again for an extended stay, I would definitely want to stay here again! ##### Angela E.
