Family Friendly! Newly remodeled kitchen January 2018! FABULOUS OCEAN FRONT CONDO - AVAILABLE FOR A DREAM VACATION IN SAN DIEGO!!! ON THE BOARDWALK Walk out the front door to the sand, enjoy all the fun that Mission Beach has to offer. Located conveniently within 15 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, Old Town, Downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Snapdragon Stadium and many more local attractions. You can even stroll four blocks south to Belmont Park with it's historic roller coaster, shops and restaurants! This 1500 square feet three bedroom non-smoking condo is the ideal vacation retreat, located on Ocean Front Walk, San Luis Obispo is the cross street. Decorated in a beach theme, you will feel right at home. The master has a king bed, with a private ocean view balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full sized beds. 6 people can sleep comfortably, all the bedrooms have TV's and are located on the second level. Your vacation home also features free wireless internet service. We have 3 beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs for your fun day at the beach! Perfect for entertaining with an open kitchen, breakfast bar, and a cozy living room complete with flat screen TV. The front porch with a table and chairs is a fun area to eat, drink, and enjoy the people watching as the sun sets below the Pacific Ocean. Many tourists and locals travel up and down the paved walkway which runs for miles; it is a great spot to walk, jog, roller blade, or bike. Best people watching! There is a washer/dryer in the small tandem garage. Just bring your bathing suits and sunscreen, everything else you need is waiting for you here at this perfect ocean front beauty. I was very impressed with the ease of making a reservation and the communication with the Property Manager. Everything was exactly as depicted on the listing. Great location, Boardwalk and beach access. The unit was very spacious, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay and then some. Excellent location to anything you could possibly want to do while in Mission/Pacific Beach. The home is fully equipped with anything you need. We did not have children with us but noticed plenty of beach toys, a pack play, baby gates, beach chairs/umbrellas etc. Property management is easy to communicate with and check in and out are very straight forward. This is a multi-unit home so anticipate neighbors. Ours were a quiet and kind group. House is pet friendly and we plan to return home nice again. Thank you! ##### Michelle C. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Joe M. 14 avr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### spring break on mission beach the time was awesome the weather cooperated till the last day had a fire alarm go off 2 nites out of first three management responded right away and changed the device. only complaint I had. the garage wasn’t capable of holding a car too narrow struggled every note to find a spot on the road some where a distance then the last two nights some group of young men stayed at the third level and decided to move furniture after midnight. despite all that loved the accommodation great location some maintenance is needed on the doors and trim they squeaked every time ##### Joe M. Loved being right on the beach for the incredible sunsets. Walking distance to Belmont Park for treats, fun, dinner was perfect. Loved the bikes, beach chairs, boogy boards, beach towels, sand toys, balls. Our youngest was 11, a teen, a college kid. & grandparents all had a wonderful time. With careful skill, we used the garage for parking our mini van (backing in, folding in the mirrors) which was preferred over searching for street parking.
