PB/ La Jolla with Large Yard Summary: Beautiful family home in quiet neighborhood located in one of the best locations of San Diego! The home is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a comfortable living room, dining area, fenced front yard, and very large backyard. You'll be staying in North Pacific Beach/ Bird Rock. Situated just south of the serene views and vibes of Bird Rock, half a mile to the famed Tourmaline Surf Beach, and 1 mi to downtown Pacific Beach. The Space: The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing getaway! You'll have exclusive use of the entire two bedroom, one bathroom home.The master bedroom features a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full beds, and the full bathroom also features a separate tub. Guest Access: Access to the home is private and exclusive to you during your stay.Self check in 24 hrs: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the Smart Lock on the front door. The Neighborhood: PLEASE NOTE: This is a neighborhood home. There is a zero tolerance policy for any excessive noise, additional guests, or disrespect to our neighborhood or community in any way. Getting Around: Once in town, most everything can be done on foot! We're also a short drive or Uber to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and Mission Beach and about 20 min from San Diego Int'l Airport. With a 75 walk score, the website boasts this location as 'Very Walkable (and) Most errands can be accomplished on foot'. Other Things to Note: Guests must agree to our Good Neighbor Policy. Noise Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties of any kind are not allowed. Occupancy We strictly adhere to our advertised maximum occupancy levels at each home. No exceptions are made for any reason. The number of guests cannot exceed the listed maximum occupancy for the property. Parking To ensure guests know where they can and cannot park, detailed parking instructions are provided including images of designated spots. We encourage guests to adhere to posted parking regulations and be mindful not to block neighboring driveways. Trash Part of being a good neighbor is cleaning up after yourself. Guests are provided with trash pick-up days and instructed to bring bins out during applicable days. Surf Style utilizes a trash valet service at select properties to ensure our properties are kept clean of trash and debris. Washer and Dryer are located in an enclosure located outside the kitchen door in the courtyard area. The managing company responds to communication. Location is safe neighborhood with stores nearby. The one bathroom has a tiny shower stall, few hooks. The second bedroom door does not close due to the bed furniture blocks door. The overall design of cottage has flaws, needs a detailed cleaning of each room.
