Your entire, private apartment comes equipped with high-end appliances, renovated finishes and furnishings, and breath taking views of the city skyline and San Diego Harbor surrounding the property.  
  
The Space:  
The home is one of 2 guest suite apartments equipped with your own private entrance and smart lock code for a seamless and secure entry. If the aromas and flavors of Little Italy inspire your own cooking pursuits, be sure to take advantage of our full kitchen with state of the art appliances, classically crafted cabinetry, granite countertops, and most importantly, free coffee! Our bedrooms come equipped with ample closet space, comfy queen sized beds, and a unique style that blends the best of traditional and contemporary design. Kick back on our plush leather couch while watching a movie on our flat screen T.V. with Roku and high speed internet included. End your day with a drink on the back patio. The Neighborhood:  
Once home to San Diego's flourishing tuna fishing industry and generations of Italian families, Little Italy is now the most sought out neighborhood in San Diego filled with patio cafés, restaurants, craft brew stops, urban wineries, art galleries, shops, and the beautiful Amici Park.   
  
Today, San Diego's most dynamic food and drink scene is centered in Little Italy. It's a place where the nations best Chefs have started modern restaurants (Juniper and Ivy, Kettner Exchange, etc.) next to old-school eateries that remain treasured landmarks. (Filippi's Pizza Grotto % Mona Lisa Italian Deli & Market)   
  
If you have any further questions about the Little Italy or the surrounding neighborhoods feel free to reach out me, because I am San Diego Local with a wealth of knowledge that you cant get in any tour guide book!  
  
Getting Around:  
Walkscore.com Score of 93! "Walker's Paradise". So much is within such a short distance via foot, car, Uber, etc.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
We have a flat screen TV equipped with Roku and high speed wifi internet access. There is a queen sized blow up mattress located in bedroom closet.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.  
  
The laundry is located in a separate laundry room that is located downstairs and is shared with one other unit.   
  
Our neighbor next door is doing some construction. We hope that it will not be a disturbance to your stay in any way but want to make it known prior to booking. Please let us know if you have any questions.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
I love interacting with guests, providing recommendations, and making their time in San Diego the most enjoyable it can be! I'm available at any time to help answer questions or provide anything you need, but will give you your privacy and entire space to yourself.
