Getting Around: South Park is a very walkable neighborhood but a car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car! Our other reason for choosing this property was that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate us and our son and younger daughter. The home is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the sunrise in the morning if you are an early riser. The 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath are located in back of the 2nd bedroom and there is a fairly big step down so maybe not ideal for people with young children or older folks. The big kitchen was great for our family because we always make Christmas cookies to decorate as well as other family favorites. The back deck is beautiful with a view of the canyon and would be perfect in warm weather. We took some nice walks with our dog and there is a cute little area with restaurants and shops in walking distance. I love beach type of decorating so that was perfect. The location was central enough for us to do everything- deep sea fishing, mall shopping, the zoo and sea world. We even brought our own electric scooters and road to some close breweries in the neighborhood. The house was big enough for us to hang out and relax after long days. We all slept great and were very comfortable. I wish the outdoor patio furniture was a little more comfortable, it’s a wonderful area but not for a long period. ##### Stefanie B. Luckily we found this house listed, and lo and behold it was pet friendly! It is in a great neighborhood, and we enjoyed walking around the area looking at houses. There was great communication from the property manager and easy check in and out. We cooked dinners and ate out on the back deck, which has a wonderful view. The neighborhood is quiet and the airport noise is minimal. I would definitely come back to this house for our next San Diego visit! ##### Darcy V. The third bedroom access is a bit unusual as you have to pass through bedroom number two (or utilize an outdoor access door) in order to get to the third room. The dryer was out of service, but we were made aware of the situation before our arrival and a drying rack was provided for our use. The outdoor area is great! View is great! Neighborhood is quiet and houses are super cute and well kept. Welcome goodies and note were appreciated and a nice touch. Would stay here again! Thank you for hosting us. ##### Tauni B. Neighborhood suggested by the groom who lives in the area. Quaint, cute neighborhood. Easy access to the surrounding area. House was close to other family members. Appeared to not have been completely made ready for the season. Back deck had alot of debree that needed to be swept up. Cushions on furniture were wet. Rug on deck in ill repair and some of the out door lights did not work. Kitchen sink handle was broken and had fallen off and the sprayer leaked as well.Main bath had double sinks but one of the sinks didn't seem to have hot water. Toilet handle broke and taped and shower control in main bath needs repair.When getting ready for the event we were to attend a fuse had blown and we had to reach out to report the issue. The problem had been resolved by the time we returned. Cute and comfortable place, just could have used a bit more TLC. Did have a bit of an issue getting the information for access to the residence. I was told that my ID was not on file and could not get information until I sent a picture of myself along with my ID.Thought that was a bit odd.
