To start off the trip I spoke to the staff over the phone and got different answers for the same question, when I asked about getting a first floor room at first, I was told oh yeah it shouldn’t be a problem. Just call the morning before you leave and let them know. So I did call in the morning and let them know and I was told oh yeah we have plenty of rooms on every floor. Three hours later when I checked in, I was told oh no, there’s no first floor rooms available. The lady that I spoke to the second time was actually really rude and very patronizing. I asked a early check-in also and got a similar result. , the day before we checked out I asked if our room wasn’t gonna be available the next day in case we to stay an extra night or get alate checkout, . Then I found out that I had to pay for parking in the hotel, which I thought was really strange because normally if you pay for a hotel room parking is included. The property was not clean. There was debris all over the room was really old. The bed was not comfortable at all very soft and the faucet in the kitchen portion of the kitchen. It did not work. The shower felt like it was gonna fall through the ground because it kept creaking and making sounds like it was loose or something. Overall for the price I guess it was OK because it wasn’t super expensive. But I would never stay at a days in Wyndham hotel ever again.
