Casa Pasión is a 4-apartment property, blending long-term and short-term stays. Each casita has a private entrance and outdoor space. Frida is one of two guest casita in The Sisters, a special building within Casa Pasión.

\-A shared common area with planter boxes, fruit & veggie baskets, and a 3-bin waste system (trash, recycling, compost)  
\-Shared washer/dryer with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets provided  
\-Our front garden filled with edible plants and herbs (ask if you'd like to see this space)

Any additional cleaning or damage will incur a $40/hour fee (minimum 1 hour), plus the cost to replace or repair items and any materials or additional services needed.
