Another fun activity within walking distance for the kids is to go to The Plunge. The Plunge has the best pool inflatable obstacle in San Diego! LAND ACTIVITIES The boardwalk spreads out all along the length of mission beach and is about 2 miles long. It was quiet for a young one year old to take naps. Boogie boards for the older kids and adults. Place was clean of course sand but we vacuumed to keep it to a minimum. We had everything we needed stores close by. Only negative is the parking but we learned backing in was easier and once you were able to get the hang of it no problem with two SUVs. As others stated parking is rough but we walked most places so we didn’t have to move the car too much. If the place across the way parked in the garage instead of outside it would be easier. We loved the condo it has everything you need and the best patio the pups enjoyed it and there was some nice turf for them to lay on. It was disappointing that these issues were not addressed before our stay.We initially reached out to the host, who was responsive at first, but she arranged for repair workers to come during our visit, which was inconvenient and disruptive. After that, communication from the host stopped, even though she had mentioned offering a discount. We ultimately had to contact Vrbo for support.Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet our expectations.
