Super easy access to bay, ocean and all parts in-between. It is important to note that we are campers at heart, so some of the fancier stuff found in other rentals were not necessary for us... like a Keurig, a large assortment of kitchen equipment and random beach equipment. We made due with all available items and brought several items from home.Our only suggestion is to replace the stove top. The existing one is a hazard.We will be back! The house is bigger than expected, The back yard area huge. Loved being steps from the bay. Unfortunately, we were there during Hurricane Hillary so beach plans were canceled but had an amazing time playing board games and watching the storm roll in/out with no loss of power or any type of flooding. Lots of room. Tons of space. Huge bedrooms. Easy parking. And oh, the bedding was top notch! Only negative was no pepper left in the spices container.
