Centrally located 2 bedroom 1 bath 1915 craftsman.   
  
\-Close to downtown, Gaslamp, Balboa Park, Coronado, Barrio Logan, North Park, Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, South Park and more.   
  
\-Newly remodeled kitchen with loads of amenities  
  
\-Full bath with spacious tub.   
  
\-Front patio to watch the world plus a cozy pergola area.   
  
\-Two bedrooms- one queen bed and one full.   
  
\-Historic charm with original built ins and warm colorful decor.  
  
The living area is a charming jaunt into the past with original built in cabinetry and fireplace (decorative only) comfortably furnished with several couches and tv area.   
  
The master bedroom has its own bathroom access. The bathroom is also accessible through the kitchen laundry area.   
  
There is a laundry room. Central AC and heat. Smart tv.  
  
The house was our mothers and is lovingly decorated with antiques, art, and handcrafts.   
  
The house is on a family compound with people living in the back of the property- so no parties or noisy guests.   
  
We welcome guests from all over the world to enjoy our diverse urban neighborhood.
