It's just steps to the boardwalk and beach and a 3-minute walk to Mission Bay. This home has been lovingly maintained and is ready for families to experience the best of beach living! Features include a gated yard, slate patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set, an oversized 2-car garage, large family suite, close to markets and restaurants and within walking distance to Belmont Park. The family suite envelopes the 2nd floor and features a 10′ x 9′ walk-in closet that has been converted into a sleeping room, perfect for kids. Note that Bedroom 4 is a pass-through room to the garage and 2nd level and the downstairs living area isn't that large if you are coming with a larger group. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and jetted tub in the bedroom suite, box fans, ready-made beds, one towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of soaps and paper goods. The house was very clean and organized. Bathrooms were nice and fully stocked for our stay. The house fit our family of 8 very comfortably. The bunk beds were great for the kids. We loved all the beach toys, chairs and miscellaneous beach items needed for the beach. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Belmont Park and restaurants. Everywhere else was only a short 10 to 15 minute drive. Check in, and check out instructions were very clear and the information binder inside the house tells you everything else you need to know. We loved the location of the property. An easy walk to the beach. We will use Bluewater vacation rentals again, but probably not stay at this property only because the set up of the rooms was weird. Not a lot of privacy. Pretty sure one of the bedrooms upstairs is just the master closet converted to a bedroom. And one of the rooms downstairs may have been a dining room so you have to pass through it to get from the kitchen to the upstairs & garage area. ##### Meagan T. The location was exceptional. We went for morning walks on the coastline trail, right down the street from 2 local coffee shops and cafe, parking that fit and Suburban XL and stayed very comfortably with 4 adults and 2 kids in pack n plays. Perfect location, garage for two, quick communication, super clean, and cute beach decor. This house had it all! Plus a cute front yard with a grassy patch, shady palm trees, bbq and outdoor table. Plenty of space for a large group. The location is very close to the beach. It would be nice to have a few extra towels and soaps in kitchen/bathroom. On arrival we noticed the floors were a bit sandy, but understandable being in a beach location. I would still give the house 5 stars. Comfortable beds and lots of fans in the house. ##### Jordan G. We had a wonderful stay during the week of Thanksgiving. The house is perfectly located just a minute walk to the beach, and close to neighborhood markets and restaurants. It has an enclosed garage for two vehicles, so no issues with parking. Everything we needed was available at the house, including beach toys for the little ones and everything needed to prepare a big Thanksgiving meal. I have to give a shoutout to the Bluewater management team. They were very communicative and available before and throughout our stay. Overall, just an excellent experience. ##### Jim P. This was a great place to stay. The house is fully equipped with BBQ items, beach items, beach towels, etc. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off. The beach and bay are a minute's walk. I loved the bay most of all. The only downfall was the lack of air conditioning. However, there were plenty of fans in the closets. I actually left a fan there. The pier is a 10-minute walk, and there is plenty of fun to be had there. ##### Krista R.
