The sunsets are breathtaking, and even more enjoyable in front of the newly-built, gas fire pit. The brand-new pavers and string lights throughout the backyard set up a romantic atmosphere and make you feel like you are in a quaint, Tuscan villa. After a day of exploring, come home and enjoy the spa. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the first floor where an air mattress will also be provided. There is plenty of original art throughout the house. The kitchen is a chef's delight: high-end appliances and plenty of cookware are available for your cooking needs. A spacious family room opens to the formal dining room and is perfect for entertaining large groups. \*\*\*Since the property is brand new, we only have a few reviews! Please let us know upon booking if you need these items!\*\*\* You will have access to the entire home except for the garage. Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are absolutely not allowed. All parties will be shut down right away and result in immediate eviction with no refund. Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine. Pet Policy: Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Having a pet will result in a $300 fine. Noise Level: No noise after 10 p.m. on the weekends, 9 p.m. on the weekdays. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are absolutely not allowed.
