Property was under remodeling and did not have air condition, elevators or parking. We had to carry big suitcases to 3rd floor and park far away from the property because there was no parking nearby. Room was comfortable and located in a good area. Location was perfect for what we had planned to do in San Francisco.

We stayed here four years ago and had no issues. The property desperately needs an update and drastic maintenance. Buildings are in disrepair, landscape is a mess, rooms are 1960’s, the pool is closed and they no longer serve breakfast. The front office staff was curt and minimally friendly. Won’t be back.

Property itself was good. However we couldn’t sleep because the hallway echoed so loudly when other guest closed their doors. Also walls are very thin. We heard our neighbor snoring the entire nigh.

I guess I stayed in one of the unrenovated rooms. It was clean but very outdated, I could hear the next door room just having a plain conversation. Google shows this property having free bkfst which is also listed on the property map the front desk hands out when checking in, however no bkfst is served. Room is listed having a stove top, which it did have one but there were no utensils, plates, cups or nothing to cook with so basically a microwave and a fridge, better than nothing I guess. Pool still out of service.

Older property. Rooms had a musty smell. We had a cook top but no pots, pans, silverware or plates. No cable just a fire stick with limited apps. We went to dinner and contemplated finding another hotel. Once we came back to the room our room didn’t have electricity so we then made up our mind to forfeit our money we spent for that room and we checked out and found another hotel. I was told I would be refunded the rest of my money for the other two nights I paid for.

It was dirty the beds are very old and sunk in the middle, smelled weird and the bedding smelled. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The over all was bad we actually left a night early because the beds were so bad. I have stayed in many places and have never left a bad review, or left early from an uncomfortable bed

Great customer service front desk very kind and nice smiles and the housekeeper keep it clean I stay in a Nice cozy renovated room Love It ! The conditions of the building very poor It can be better. the building need a refresh new paint a new hallway carpet some wall paint, the garden design is attractive but need a lot of loving touch with colors to refresh the hotel backyard..

Fast and easy check-in with the front desk. She was professional and had a pleasant demeanor. The air conditioning did not power on, however, it was not needed as it was cold. Just wanted to take note of what worked and not so I wouldn't get charged when checking out. The pool and hot tub were under renovation but was mentioned on the Expedia website before reserving. Looks sketchy from the outside parking but as soon as you enter the gate, I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of reviews both good and bad posted. Luckily for us, we lucked out except for the air conditioning. The room was clean and the essentials of the microwave and fridge worked. Freeway is nearby and conveniently located with restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay again. For reference, the room which we stayed in was 1006. I booked with Expedia and the process was easy with confirmation of stay and receipt.

The parking areas need to be improved. Carpets inside look like they are filming a horror movie. Curtains look cheap and they don’t darken the room properly. They do offer coffee in the morning at the lobby area and it was good. Location is okay.

The main reason we were disappointed is that the hotel website as well as google said that free breakfast would be provided and that there was a pool and hot tub available, and when we got there the pool and hot tub were out of order and they actually did not serve breakfast of any sort. That wouldn't normally be a big deal, but the fact that those changes were not listed anywhere isn't honest. They should have at least updated their website when they decided to not serve any food. The vending machine was even broken. Overall, pretty decent for the price, just not what was expected
