I highly recommend this facility for rowers, but I want to be first in line to reserve when regatta time rolls around next year. The couch is dirty and smelly. There is significant mildew in the home. I recommend a new couch, a heavy duty dehumidifier that runs all the time, a fan in the bathroom, and lights in the kitchen. The space was good, the house was clean, and the location was super. The items I mentioned made it uncomfortable and unhealthy for us. ##### Diane M. No surprises, checking and communication with property manager was excellent. We enjoyed using the 6 bikes and rode to the Crowne point park off mission bay. Short drive to Pacific or Mission beach. Extra touches like furnished beach chairs was greatly appreciated. Two unit property and we had the rear unit. Next time would rent the front unit as it had a patio.
